Pipe Handling Line
RUGGED, RELIABLE, PROVEN
The proven HOBAS Pipe Handling Line consists of the pipe trolley with the pipe extraction unit, buffer zone, saw and coupling mounting machine. Once a pipe has been cured, the HOBAS extraction unit winches it out of the mold and places it on the trolley. The height of the trolley is adjustable to the lower edge of the mold to enable the pipe to be removed without damage.
A rugged design for transporting pipes of up to 8 tonnes, the trolley runs on rails to make for easier, smoother handling in the plant. After sawing, the cut pipe ends are sealed with resin to guarantee absolute leak-tightness in the final system.
