PRECISE, FAST, RUGGED

The HOBAS saw cuts the pipe to exact standardized lengths and incorporates a grinding unit that bevels the edges to facilitate coupling mounting. The pipe saw blades are covered in fine diamond fragments, ensuring long blade service life and short machining times. Pipe transport is minimized as the unit is integrated in the pipe handling line. To guarantee low emissions, a dust exhaust system is connected to the HOBAS pipe saw. The whole machining process is automatic, and afterwards the pipe is raised pneumatically to allow easy transport to the next processing station.
