HOBAS Filament Wound Pipe - TYPE B

HOBAS Filament Wound (FW) glass fibre reinforced Pipe (GFK/GRP) based on UP (unsaturated polyester resins) and VE (vinylester type resin), in compliance with the requirements in accordance with DIN 16965, part 2.

Nominal Pressure [PN] 1 - 40 bar
Inner Surface Min. 3/4 mm thermoplastic liner made of
PVC-U, PVC-C, PP, PE-HD, PVDF
Intermediate Layer Max. 1 mm composite layer glass mat
Structure Laminate FW roving laminate, combined with layers of glass mat and
glass fabric (glass content: 60 +/- 5%)
Outer Surface One c-glass or synthetic fleece and a weather resistant
resin layer max. 0.2 mm
