HOBAS quality control ensures that clients are supplied with HOBAS Pipe Systems that meet the highest international and national specifications. Systematically implemented from incoming to final inspection, the quality assurance system guarantees that only precisely tested raw materials are used and only approved pipe systems leave the plant.

Our laboratory is certified according to the requirements of DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.

Regular laboratory equipment includes two universal machines for testing tensile strength and pressure, and one burst pressure unit engineered by HOBAS. The reliable testing machines generally have a capacity of 50 and 100 kN, depending on the pipe classes to be produced.
