Die Rohre sind kreisrund mit einem gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen Au\u00dfendurchmesser.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Hobas Rohre mit\u00a0<strong>Hobas Technologie<\/strong>\u00a0werden im\u00a0<strong>Schleuderverfahren<\/strong>\u00a0in einem zu 100 % computergesteuerten Prozess hergestellt. Die Produktionsanlage bringt alle Rohstoffe \u2013 geschnittene Glasfasern, duroplastische Harze (unges\u00e4ttigtes Polyester- oder Vinylesterharz) und Zuschlagstoffe \u2013 in eine schnell rotierende Matrize ein. Schicht f\u00fcr Schicht wird so die Rohrwand in einem vorkonfigurierten Prozess von au\u00dfen nach innen aufgebaut. Die eingebrachten Rohstoffmengen werden kontrolliert und mit den gew\u00fcnschten Konstruktionswerten abgeglichen. So wird sichergestellt, dass jedes Produkt im Hinblick auf Rohstofftypen und -mengen vollst\u00e4ndig r\u00fcckverfolgbar ist. Nachdem das gesamte Material in die Matrize eingebracht wurde, wird die Geschwindigkeit erh\u00f6ht und die Materialien so durch die hohen Zentrifugalkr\u00e4fte (bis zu 75 g) mit enormem Druck gegen die Matrizenwand gepresst. So werden die Rohstoffe vollst\u00e4ndig entl\u00fcftet und maximal verdichtet, wodurch eine \u00e4u\u00dferst hochwertige, sehr kompakte Rohrwand entsteht. Schlie\u00dflich wird die Matrize mit kaltem Wasser gek\u00fchlt, das Rohr herausgezogen und die Rohrenden zugeschnitten und abgefast. Abschlie\u00dfend wird eine Kupplung an einem Rohrende montiert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Durch den\u00a0<strong>Schleuderprozess<\/strong>\u00a0wird das Rohr kreisrund, die Wanddicke \u00fcber die gesamte Rohrl\u00e4nge hinweg gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig und das Rohrmaterial erh\u00e4lt die hohe L\u00e4ngsdruckfestigkeit, die beim Vortrieb besonders wichtig ist. Dank der dreidimensionalen chemischen Verbindung des Harzes beh\u00e4lt das Rohr als Duroplast seine Stabilit\u00e4t auch in sehr warmen Umgebungen.
