Les tuyaux sont circulaires avec un diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur constant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Les\u00a0<strong>tuyaux Hobas<\/strong>\u00a0de la gamme Hobas sont\u00a0<strong>fabriqu\u00e9s par centrifugation<\/strong>\u00a0selon des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s 100% informatis\u00e9s. Les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res \u2013 fibres de verre coup\u00e9es, r\u00e9sines thermodurcissables (r\u00e9sines polyester non satur\u00e9es ou r\u00e9sine vinylester), et mat\u00e9riaux de renforcement sont introduits dans un moule en rotation \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un bras d\u2019alimentation. Couche par couche, selon un algorithme \u00e9tabli, la paroi du tube est constitu\u00e9e de l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur vers l\u2019int\u00e9rieur. Les quantit\u00e9s de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res ins\u00e9r\u00e9es par la machine sont contr\u00f4l\u00e9es et compar\u00e9es aux valeurs valid\u00e9es par le bureau d\u2019\u00e9tudes afin d\u2019assurer la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 de chaque produit. Une fois les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res ins\u00e9r\u00e9es dans le moule, sa vitesse de rotation est acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e. La forte pression exerc\u00e9e durant le processus de centrifugation \u2013 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 75 g \u2013 assure une compacit\u00e9 totale du tuyau, permet d\u2019en chasser l\u2019air et cr\u00e9\u00e9 un tuyau solide de grande qualit\u00e9 exempt de vide. De l\u2019eau froide est utilis\u00e9e pour refroidir le moule. Une fois le tuyau retir\u00e9, les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s sont coup\u00e9es et biseaut\u00e9es. Finalement, un manchon est ins\u00e9r\u00e9 sur l\u2019une des extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de chaque tuyau.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Le\u00a0<strong>proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de centrifugation<\/strong> garantit la circularit\u00e9 du tuyau, l\u2019uniformit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9paisseur de la paroi sur toute la longueur du tuyau tout en garantissant un diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur constant et une forte r\u00e9sistance longitudinale \u00e0 la compression, primordiale pour le microtunnelage. Gr\u00e2ce aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s chimiques de la r\u00e9sine thermodurcissable, le tuyau reste stable m\u00eame dans des environnements tr\u00e8s chauds. La constitution de la paroi en \u00ab sandwich \u00bb garantit que le tuyau peut supporter de lourdes charges.
